  If I could rate the service we received in the negatives I would. We had an issue with the installation time even after we had confirmed 3 times that it had been booked in. Apparently their procedure is to not book in advance which we found out at 6pm the night before we were due to have the flooring installed. When we tried to resolve this issue the owner Suzanne called us at 7pm the night before the installation and the solution was for us to cancel the whole thing. My wife ended up having to take additional time off work to accommodate their incompetence.
  
  We were then advised that we would receive our invoice on the installation day and have a 30 day account to pay this. We received the invoices over a week later with a due date 4 days before we were even sent the invoices and to make it worse, we then received a call from Andersens telling us to make payment ASAP.
  
  Their customer service, in particular from the owner, was woeful. They had an expectation that we should know exactly how they operated even though my wife and I had never installed flooring before. Rather than showing any empathy and apologising for what was miscommunicated to us, we were lectured by Suzanne about how wonderful she believes her business is run. I try to see the good in a lot of bad situations but I can't in this case. I would never go back to this business unless I felt I needed to know what a heart attack felt like.
