- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆06.04.2018Sally KimberShe makes it VERY clear she doesn't give out quotes for tax returns, however I thought my tax return fee was coming out of my return so I didn't realise I still owed anything only to find when I returned to do my next tax return I still owed $163... I was ok with psying it by then I just wished she had of quoted me and when I emailed her about explaining why it cost so much as I was afraid my new return was going to be expensive I wanted to ask her first this time how much only to have her reply with taking me off the ATO portal and DESTROYING ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS (which is illigal) & therefore didn't give me a quote and didn't process my return. She refuses to see me as a client now, but honestly if this is the reaction I get I don't care & recommend finding an accountant who is going to put their clients first and not their ego. ???????????????????? ????
